- What to Expect at Your First Visit –
Welcome to our practice! We look forward to meeting new patients. We believe in providing complete oral health care. In order to accomplish this we prefer to spend time with our new patients. We will reserve 90 minutes for your first appointment. We will spend this time listening to your concerns, taking photographs and x-rays; basically gathering the information we need to evaluate your oral health. At the conclusion of this visit we will schedule a convenient time to come see us again for your hygiene (“cleaning”) visit.

Please be aware that a 24-hour notice is requested to change an appointment. We reserve the right to charge for appointments missed without notification.
- Payment Policy -
Payment in full will be due on the day the work has begun. This applies whether or not you have dental insurance. Certain appointments will require a deposit to reserve time. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash.

A bookeeping courtesy of 5% is given for payment in full at the start of treatment for procedures over $500.00
Flexible Monthly Payment Options
No initial payment
Payment plans up to 60 months with a Fixed Low Interest rate (as low as 5.9%)
Additional payment plans are available including Interest Free plans (up to 12 months)

Patients Who Have Dental Insurance
We will be happy to answer all your questions and call your insurance company to verify benefits for you.
Please remember that your dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. We are not a participating provider on any insurance plans.
We will help you get the most of your dental benefits and we are happy to file your insurance claim for you.
